Phil Harvey

FOUNDER & ATTORNEY

Phil was born in Orlando, Florida, grew up in the mountains of North Carolina, and studied law in Virginia at William and Mary Law School, before he settled in Memphis in 2015 as an assistant public defender for Shelby County. In August of 2023, Phil opened the doors of Phil Harvey Law, pursuing his dream of being a law firm owner.

Phil lives in the Vollentine-Evergeen neighborhood with his wife, Jessie, and their three elementary-age children, Ellen, Dietrich, and David. He enjoys Premier League soccer, reverse-seared steaks, and DIY home repairs that entail no more than two trips to Home Depot.
